A Move In /Out Cleaning is a thorough cleaning of your old flat or house after you have moved out. It includes cleaning floors, closets, kitchen appliances and bathrooms to ensure the house or flat is handed over in a clean condition for the next tenant or owner. Thorough cleaning of your new flat or house is also possible, so that your new home is hygienically clean.

Final cleaning includes dusting & cleaning of all visible surfaces, wiping & cleaning of all mirrors & glass surfaces. The door frames are professionally cleaned. The insides of empty cupboards, drawers and shelves are cleaned, the floor is vacuumed and mopped, and the baseboards are cleaned.

All sanitary facilities in the bathroom are disinfected. Cleaned toilets, sinks, showers & baths & removed scale from fixtures are included.

In the kitchen, the fridge and oven are cleaned from the inside, and the outside of the fridge, oven, microwave, stove, extractor hood and hob are cleaned.

Not including services

  • Window cleaning
  • Cleaning balconies, terraces or conservatories
  • Cleaning of attachments such as blinds, shutters
  • Cleaning fireplaces and ovens
  • Painting, electrical work and manual work
  • Transport, assembly and dismantling of furniture and cleaning of the second home
  • Clearing out and removal of rubbish

Since each property has individual requirements, the exact duration cannot be shown in advance. The time window shown is a recommendation to help you with planning. The appointment ends when the result – your completely cleaned premises – is fulfilled. The invoice cannot be reduced if the executing partner leaves the appointment before this time window has expired and the work has been completed in full. These are package prices and the executing partner company blocks the employees deployed for the duration shown.
