You can book a third-party cleaner with liability insurance in just a few clicks on the website or via the app. In addition, Helpling arranges other household-related services via partner companies, such as professional window cleaning, furniture assembly or gardening.

Since each service provider decides its own individual customer price, you as the customer also determine your personal price range for the service. In the booking process, simply select the profiles that match your price expectations.

Yes, after your booking request has been accepted by your helper, you can get in touch via the Helpling platform. Use the chat function in the app or on the website to coordinate special requests with your helper in advance. Here you can discuss the most important details about the service and your helper can prepare accordingly.

Of course, you can always book the same helper.

Valid from 01.01.2023
Helpling maintains liability insurance with coverage of EUR 5,000,000, which also covers every service provider in the event of damage to the customer’s property. If a customer claims damage caused by the service provider’s activities, Helpling reports the damage to the liability insurance company. This covers damage from 500 euros.
For damage under 500 euros and for the first 500 euros of a larger damage, you can of course always contact the service provider directly in order to agree on appropriate compensation with them. You can find the contact details in the confirmation email you received before the appointment.
